Currently, Philip guides CWMY Investments towards fresh opportunities. He collaborates with investors to acquire multi-family communities, specifically those with over 50 units. He focuses on regions like Ohio, Arizona, and Missouri and works with investment opportunities with a minimum loan of $1,000,000.00.
